ok edited the file out, added server game logic and uploaded to gmail, so just needs replacing with old mission |

New version c uploaded & server crashed at nearly the same time. Yes, I changed it all to lower case, but I tried to change co4@ to co04@ after I uploaded & I think I pissed off the server. Used restart admin command - we'll see...... _________________

oh and i took the oldbriefing.sqf file out as that's what may have been causing the server to crash. |

I tried to open the mission in my editor and got an error message related to the oh2_weapons.
My error message was having to do with oh2_weapons. After looking for some more info on this I found that it is related to the BMP2, it is not supported with Ace and appears to be from CAA1 (oac stuff). make sure you are not loading any part of CAA1 when you edit, this may fix your problem.
If you are not loading OAC, them maybe change the vehicle in your mission to another type of bmp and see if that helps. It may also just be the empty BMP2 if you are adding one that is empty to your mission.
I also noticed that you do not have the breifing.html in your folder. Don't know if you "need" it but it is what has your end messages in the debrief. If you have your end trigger set to END1 and END2 etc you may want to add it. Here is the one I uses in Disruption, and probably my other missions.

After it is saved it should show in your mission folder as Briefing.html _________________ Can't we just play.

And I never had any other addons loaded, because I'm not playing ArmA2 that long. |

ok this should have all the files now, not sure why last one didn't including briefing.html

as for addons only thing i can think is the GDT jav mod ?
edit: also i re-installed arma 2 and all the ace stuff only the other day |

I only found the one post related to the error, might not be the problem as I did not see any bmp2 in the mission.sqm. Maybe the line just needs to be manually removed from the top of the mission.sqm if there is nothing in the mission related to it...dunno, I'm just guessing now.
@Anarcho...When editing missions as a good measure, create another shortcut that only has the basics in it, no client side stuff to make sure it is not conflicting. _________________ Can't we just play.

And now I can load it in the editor. it's the top part of the mission.sqm. We used to get this with ofp too. Sometimes if you add something then romove it when editing it does not always remove it from the addons or autoaddons section of the mission.sqm and we had to do it manually. It's a bug that seems to still haunt us. _________________ Can't we just play.

I took the liberty of saving the mission without that line and saved it as mpmission and put it on the server, I made no other changes other than adding the briefing.html that I posted. Let's see if it works now. _________________ Can't we just play.

Missions works.
Brief needs edit for spelling etc.
First task does not show on the map when you set as current task.
When you get in game the red grid over the objective does not show anymore. _________________ Can't we just play.
